The process takes only a matter of days from your initial request and ensures you get the superior customer service and attention to detail Quantum offers all our customers. What Are the Service Options?
Quantum offers four basic tiers for companies seeking ITAD express services:
Basic Free
Free of charge, Quantum’s truck picks up your pile or pallets of old IT gear from your place of business. Equipment will be processed in accordance with the globally recognized R2 recycling standard. Pickups are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of your initial request, typically for a date three to five days out. You can expect to receive certificates of recycling for your devices within five to ten business days. This option is available for most organizations with 25 or more high-grade IT assets, such as laptops, desktops, or servers that can be refurbished and resold.
Basic Billed
For most companies with fewer than 25 items or organizations with special requirements for handling and logistics, Quantum offers pickup services for a small fee. Services start at $149 and are scheduled within 24 hours of quote acceptance.
Offsite Destruction
If you need additional peace of mind, we offer physical data destruction services (hard drive shredding). This service includes an itemized Data Security Certificate listing the serial number of each destroyed hard drive, solid state drive, or tape. All equipment will be processed in accordance with the globally recognized R2 recycling standard. Services start at $295.
Onsite Destruction
For organizations with the most stringent data security requirements, Quantum’s shred truck can serialize and shred hard drives, SSDs, and tapes at your location. Additional equipment can be picked up from your place of business and will be processed in accordance with R2 recycling standards. This service starts at $495.
