Quantum Lifecycle Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Device Lifecycle Management business and Jacksonville facility from Red8, effective April 1, 2026. This expansion strengthens Quantum’s ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end device lifecycle services across North America.
The 35,000 sq. ft. Jacksonville facility enhances our capabilities in device intake, inventory management, imaging, configuration, kitting, and reverse logistics. Combined with our existing US operations in Albuquerque, and across Canada and our facility in Costa Rica that serves Latin America, this creates a fully integrated system that supports seamless device management – from collection and refurbishment through to direct-to-user fulfillment.
For clients, particularly those in BPO and distributed workforce environments, this means faster deployment of pre-configured, fully kitted devices, reduced handling, and improved cost efficiency through asset reuse. The acquisition also strengthens Quantum’s overall North American presence, this East Coast technology center enables us to serve customers with greater speed, flexibility, and capacity.
The experienced team supporting this business will continue to deliver the same high-quality service our clients have come to expect, while benefiting from Quantum’s expanded resources and infrastructure.
This acquisition builds on Quantum’s 2025 acquisition of 2NDGEAR and reflects our ongoing commitment to providing secure, sustainable, and scalable device lifecycle management solutions that drive operational efficiency and support our clients’ sustainability goals.
