Based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, iServe is a well-established IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company with over 25 years of experience supporting OEM and enterprise customers across multiple programs and verticals.
iServe provides services across several key programs including Lease Returns, Corporate ITAD Returns, Demo Pool Program, and Excess New Inventory management. These programs will now transition to Quantum, deepening our partnerships and expanding our service capabilities in the Canadian market.
Through this transaction, Quantum is acquiring iServe’s physical equipment, customer contracts, and employee agreements, bringing an experienced team with deep technical and customer relationship expertise. This team will integrate into Quantum’s existing infrastructure to ensure continuity and strengthen our ability to deliver high-quality service.
Quantum’s approach to remarketing further enhances the value delivered to customers in this acquisition. Rather than treating remarketing as a standalone, transactional resale activity, Quantum applies a value-optimized lifecycle strategy, leveraging integrated refurbishment, targeted channel placement, and strong end-user demand to maximize asset recovery. This approach enables Quantum to consistently outperform traditional wholesale remarketing models while supporting both financial and sustainability objectives.
