The Canadian operations of The Shift Group of Companies (consisting of Shift Recycling and Revolution ITAD) and GEEP Canada have been purchased by Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP to form Canada\u2019s most vertically integrated electronics recycler and ITAD services provider. <\/p>\n

\u201cI am excited to form Quantum Lifecycle Partners from the best parts of Shift Recycling and GEEP Canada, bringing them together under one brand and one vision with two incredible shareholder groups.\u201d said Gary Diamond, founder of Shift Recycling and President of the newly formed Quantum Lifecycle Partners. \u201cThere are synergies we will unlock to create a sustainable company for all our stakeholders, especially our team members and customers.\u201d <\/p>\n

The asset purchase officially closes on October 1, 2019. Management of the newly formed organization will be led by Mr. Diamond and a number of senior leaders from the Shift Group of Companies.<\/p>\n
