How does the Quantum electronics recycling program work?
If your business has electronics to be recycled, call us at 888-676-4992 or use the form above to book a pickup online. A representative from Quantum will contact you as soon as possible to gather more information such as:
- How much material do you have to be recycled?
- What type of material is it? (computers, printers, monitors, servers, etc.)
- Is the material loose and scattered throughout the office or are the electronics to be recycled piled in one area of the office waiting to be carried out?
- Is the material on pallets in a warehouse ready to be loaded?
- Who is the contact on-site and what is his/her contact info?
- What type of building will we be picking up from? (office, warehouse, etc.)
Once all the necessary information has been gathered, we will schedule a recycling pickup at your office within 48 hours of your initial request.
When the truck arrives at Quantum's facility, the material is offloaded and weighed. A Certificate of Recycling is issued for each load, reflecting the total weight of e-waste collected from your business, ready to be recycled, and diverted from landfill.
On pickup day, our truck will arrive at your location and our drivers will load all your material into large boxes or directly onto pallets. Our friendly crews are well-prepared with all necessary equipment to provide seamless and efficient service that will exceed your expectations.
